The program
NextWave Wellness appointment notifications are text messages that confirm your appointments and remind you of them. This page explains how the program works. By agreeing to receive these texts you accept these terms.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations and appointment reminders, and nothing else.
- No marketing. We do not send promotions, offers, or newsletters by text.
- Each text contains only your first name and the day and time of your appointment. We never put the service, your provider, or any health detail in a text.
- Texts are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., clinic time.
How you opt in
You can opt in in either of two ways:
- Online: tick the checkbox on our booking page, which is unchecked until you tick it and reads: “Text me appointment confirmations and reminders. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- At the front desk: tell our team you agree to appointment texts. They record your consent in your patient record.
Agreeing to texts is optional. It is not a condition of booking an appointment or receiving care.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by appointment activity, typically 2 messages per appointment.

Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or call (308) 830-1951.
After you reply STOP you will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more texts. To start again, reply START, or tell the front desk.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We use your mobile number only for these appointment texts, and we do not share your number or your text consent with anyone for marketing. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including your health information.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
